Description
Now simulate LCD on your Keil software itself... copy those files in the specified folder and then select LCD while in debug mode. As it is a demo version so you can only use only for 4-bit mode simulation. well we can utilize it.

I've followed the steps but unsure of how to use the LCD. I just have a blank table showing when I open the simulator

This is a very old project.
Later versions of Proteus have LCD support built in.
Use the built in functions, this may not be compatible.
