Hi friends.. i need one more help from you.. i needed IR sensor circuit diagram.. i am using IR sensor in my project. i have IR led and IR reciever.. using this how can i build circuit to get logic HIGH or LOW output.. pleaze mention circuit diagram.. see to that it should be as simplest as possible.. becuse as i said its a part of my project.. also distance may be 10 cm or so.. please spend some time for me... THANK you.....

where u want to use this circuit ru want to use this for interruption to detect someone is crossing the ir beam like room light controller project

I am also on the same task..the diode and phototransistor comes in different sizes like 3mm,5mm...

the blue or white one is Tx,Black one is Rx

in Tx: the longer pin(anode) must be connected to supply and shorter (cathode) to ground

in Rx: The longer one is emitter which must be grounded and the shorter one is collector which acts as output....

555 Timer is used as a pulse stretcher...

Yeah always dont judge the pins with their lengths, it differs from mfrs to mfrs Try to check in with there respective datasheets.
