so can someone help me to know from where i can get .

why not order from pune, you might be having some friends there? or tell a vendor to ship it to you.

i m sorry to say that the IC lpc2129 seems to be unavailable here too. I had inquired in 2-3 places in lamington road ( the hotspot for electronic components) but the IC just seems unavailable. I think u should try from some online higher grade vendors like RScomponents.
