Hello everyone. I have proteus7.4 serverpack version(it supports even ARM7TDMI) which is interlinked with keil s/w. I am able to perform simulation with 8051 but when it comes with ARM7 its not. boz ARM7 requires 3.3v and 1.1v supply for its GPIO's, where proteus provides min 5v supply. So plz help me how to overcome this problem.

you can use the DC source for this purpose.
Proteus is intelligent enough to understand what component you are using. so it adjust the power automatically.
As i said.. use DC source or edit the power terminal and type +3.3V instead of VCC there.

Even if i changed my VCC its giving error. The error is:
error: '1.8V Vcore'(3.30V) is outside specified range(1.65V-1.95V)
error: '3.3V VDD'(5.00V) is outside specified range(3V-3.6V)

hello ajay. I followed the steps u gave me. it was working. thanks for that.
But still i had an another problem. For small programs like lcd interface ,its working fine.but foe large programs its notand its giving a warning: Simulation not working due to excessive load on CPU. So, to rectify it what should i do? Thanking u in advance.

you cannot help it. There is no solution to that problem.
If you want to check your programs realtime then run them on hardware.
