Hello everyone,
I have a problem during coding I can not understand how to interface ARM as LPC2138 with RTC DS1307 which works by uisng I2C.

You need to write i2c driver for ARM or probably you can get a driver from NXP website for LPC2138. It wont be difficult to work with RTC once you are done with I2C driver.
