@ExperimenterUK

Thanks sir for your reply

here i dont want to make a charger, its charger is already at with me. but i want to check the status of the battery (low, medium, when to connect the charger etc.) so that i can show it to my LCD display and for that purpuse i have to add some circuitary to my circuit.
Circuit for get aware the status of battery, not for charging the battery.

Please reply

Thanks in advance

I find it hard to get battery status by just looking at the voltage level, coz there is a very less variation in voltage and it drops suddenly when its almost fully discharged. You might need to use an external chip which can measure state of charge of the battery. Also if you're still planning to do it without a battery manager then you first have to understand your battery charactistics as they tend to change with temperature too.

Can you post a link to battery information from manufacturer and part number of battery?

Thank you ajay sir

The link of the manufecturer is : http://bharatpowersolution.com/
and the part number of the battery is : BPS.5S1P.
The datasheet is also attached here.

Discarge cut-off voltage is 15v, for experiment purpose you can read and display battery voltage while in operation and see if it decreasing and till how long it can go before it dies. That will give you range or maximum and minimum sample value for which you need to monitor your battery state.
