8051 based temperature controlled fan

actually my project is same as cenadius. but then from the thread. i dun reli understand how to program a temperature controlled fan. i dunno how to start my programme.could u briefly tell me wat shud i do??i think u hav familiar wif my project Q d. mayb u can send some idea that u hav told him. thx a lot

before proceeding i want to know how much you've done till now.. whatever code u wrote copy and paste in the private message and send me..

i m still at the starting part. i jz duno where shud i start wif my assignment.cz tis is actually the 1st time i involve in tis kind of assignment.

as i know, i shud start wif writting assembly language using pwm. the duty cycle, the positive part shud b higher than the negative part in order to increase the fan speed right?? for the whole fan speed control part, how many code part i shud write for? eg, the code for the button, the high n low fan speed part. wat about the function of the delay??

well.. in the cenadius's thread.. i posted a part of code.. that code you can use to control the fan speed..
the pin i am making high or low.. will be replaced by the pin where fan is connected.. so u can test the code is working or not..
also.. the R7 register will contain the value of speed control...
for three or four fan speed you can have four different values of R7...
what i say to all is.. u need to make the whole project as step by step thing.. you cannot make it at once.. if you are new

thx a lot, for ur information, i m using EdSim51 compiler. i will attach the schematic file. by the way,. i hav tried to simulate the code, the motor do rotate. do we need to write a particular code for the button to control the on n off of the fan?
